Full Bodied.
Still-firm tannins and notes of sweet cedar-wood integrating nicely.
Opens with a near-chocolate nose, that parting to make way for raspberriesand then aromas and flavours of blackcurrants, wild berries and bitter orange.
Fine balance and structure, with tannins and fruits rising simultaneously on the long finish.
Serving Suggestion :
We suggest pairing Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon el Rom with any full-flavoured meat dish such as smoky lamb short ribs or braised lamb shanks.
The wine also goes wonderfully with a hot serving of rich cassoulet on a cold night.
