Postage Calculator

You can calculate how much it will cost to have your order delivered to your address before placing an order. If your order contains chilled or frozen items the cost of packing and postage will normally be shown in the postage calculator. If you place an order for less than £50.00 containing chilled or frozen items we will charge you separately for the poly boxes and cool packs.

Delivery Methods

All orders are sent using DHL or FedEx or DPD courier service.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 full working days from the date the order was placed. Delivery times depend on the location of the delivery address and the delivery method chosen.

Chilled Orders

Delivering Chilled Orders

All orders with chilled products are packed with cool gel in polystyrene boxes (poly boxes) and sent using DHL, FedEx or DPD by timed (before 12:00pm) next day delivery.

All orders containing chilled products are dispatched Monday-Wednesday and will be delivered the following day between 9:00am and 12:00pm. This means that orders placed after 9:00am on Wednesday will be dispatched at the earliest Monday the following week, or the next business day in the event of Jewish holidays or bank holidays.

The size and number of poly boxes and cool packs will vary depending on the number and volume of the items. We do not charge for poly boxes or cool packs unless the value of your order is less than £50.00. If the value of your order is less than £50.00 and contains chilled or frozen items we will charge you for the poly boxes and the cooling packs. We will contact you and let you know the cost and issue you with an invoice after you have placed your order.

In case of any unforeseen delays to the delivery of orders with chilled products (after the order has been dispatched), we will not be able to guarantee the quality of chilled products.

Please be aware that we cannot change the delivery address of chilled orders once dispatched. If you will not be in any day after you place your order, please let us know by email at customerservice@israelifooddirect.com or call us at 07960173625.

Chilled orders must be received on the day after dispatch. If you require chilled items to be delivered on a specific day, please contact us at customerservice@israelifooddirect.com or place a note during checkout for your desired date of delivery and we will gladly do our best to arrange delivery as per your needs.

The courier may offer the option to delay your chilled order to a later date by email. We would recommend that you do not chose this option because we can only guarantee items are in tip top condition if they are delivered the next day. We cannot take any responsibility for the items if you chose to postpone delivery of chilled or frozen items after they have been dispatched.
