Description
Both children and adults can have fun over Hanukkah playing traditional dreidel games.
The face of each dreidel bears one of the Hebrew letters Nun, Gimel, Hei or Shin, the initial letters of the Hebrew words ‘Nes Gadol Hayah Sham’, ‘A Great Miracle Happened There’. This refers to the miraculous refilling of the oil in the temple Menorah for eight days, which is recounted in the Hanukkah story.
Please note that these dreidels may present a choking hazard to children under 3 years of age.
