Spicy, fruity, medium-bodied wine from one of the best value crus classés. Rich and plummy on the nose and carefully extracted on the palate to give a round, harmonious wine. Attractive young but will age gracefully.
Serving Suggestion :
To be paired with any full-flavoured meat dish such as smoky lamb short ribs or braised lamb shanks.
The wine also goes wonderfully with a hot serving of rich cassoulet on a cold night.
