Kosher for Passover YES
French Rosé has long been associated with both Anjou in the Loire valley and the region of Provence. Half of the Rosé produced in France comes from Provence and 80% of the wine produced in Provence is Rosé. With an increased popularity of the Provence region as a holiday destination or a second home and its lifestyle, including the promoted health benefits of its cuisine based around the much vaunted ‘Mediterranean diet’, it is not hard see why the wines of the Côtes de Provence should not be promoted too, especially if the winemakers offer an exceptional product.
