Dalton’s Alma wine is a blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, aged for 12 months in French oak. The wine shows generous aromas of cherries, plums and sweet dark fruits with a soft, buttery palate offering essences of vanilla and dark chocolate.
Serving Suggestion :
To be paired with any full-flavoured meat dish such as smoky lamb short ribs or braised lamb shanks.
The wine also goes wonderfully with a hot serving of rich cassoulet on a cold night.
