Our cod is sustainably wild caught from the clean and clear deep waters off the Icelandic Coast, a vast fishing area with exceptional conditions for the fish to thrive. Prepared as carefully cut fillets, these offer great value for a high-quality fish. A lean fish with mild and sweet flavor, and delicate flaky texture. It is very versatile and can be cooked through many different methods. These pan-ready fillets would make a quick and easy mid-week meal.
