Vineyard: The Magma series is the product of a blending of wines from almost all of Bazelet HaGolan’s different vineyards.
Winemaking: Magma begins with 50% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from a single vineyard in Kidmat Zvi. To that is added 15% of the Bazelet HaGolan Cabernet Sauvignon Bronze, oaked for over 8 months, plus 10% Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve and 25% Merlot Reserve, both oaked for 20 months.
Tasting note: Showing a slightly gentler character than Bazelet HaGolan’s other reds, Magma reveals a delightful blend of fresh blackberries, light oak and pleasing mouthfeel.
Serving Temperature: 18º – 20º
