Vineyard: Single vineyard located in the northern Golan Heights at an altitude of approximately 1000m above sea-level. The rich and fertile basalt (bazelet in Hebrew) soil, the particular local climatic conditions and the meticulous growing methods contribute to making the Chardonnay grapes cultivated at this vineyard to be of the highest quality.
Winemaking: Aging for 9 months in French oak barrels following careful, handcrafted production processes form part of the secret of this wine made from first press only. Additionally, this wine underwent both primary and malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels.
